Dr Grahame Randall is an experienced medical doctor and hypnotherapist based in Liphook, Hampshire.
The hypnotherapy practice is near Haslemere (4.6m), Godalming (12.4m), Guildford (18.2m), Farnham (11.8m), Aldershot (15.0m) and Petersfield (9.6m). Liphook is just off the A3, providing easy access from Woking and London areas, and coastal areas including Portsmouth, Havant and Fareham. The practice is situated near the borders of Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex, in a pleasant, peaceful location ideally suited for hypnotherapy.
Grahame has over 30 years experience as a medical doctor. He began practising hypnotherapy in 1988, while working as a GP for the National Health Service in Haslemere, Surrey. He trained as a hypnotherapist with The British Society of Medical and Dental Hypnosis (now known as The British Society of Clinical and Academic Hypnosis) and at the Department of Psychology, University College London. Since retiring from the NHS in 1998, he has practised privately from home.
Grahame has experience treating a wide range of problems with hypnotherapy. This includes
smoking cessation,
phobias of all types,
panic attacks,
addictions,
weight control, and many stress related conditions such as tension headaches and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). He can help to improve self confidence and to enhance performance, which can include public speaking, driving tests, and
sports performance.
He also teaches
self-hypnosis,
a relaxation technique similar to meditation, which can be used both to help manage stress and to enhance the effect of other hypnotherapy treatments.
